Once I begin working on a commission you do not get your money back. If you change your mind on my services that is fine, I will return a full refund. However once I begin with your commission I do not return refunds. Before I work on your commission I will message the individual and won't work on it until I receive payment. I want to work with my customers so if your unhappy with a product, please message me to change it.
